A clear policy for digital products so checkout expectations are transparent.
Because products are digital and delivered immediately by download, refunds depend on the case. Our goal is to resolve issues fairly.
When can a refund be accepted?
- If you cannot access or download the file because of a technical issue.
- If the file is corrupted or does not work as described.
- If a payment happened by mistake, contact us immediately.
When may a refund not be available?
- After a successful download in most cases, because the product is digital.
- If the request is made too long after purchase.
- If the refund reason relates to misuse or a license violation.
How to request a refund

- Send the purchase email, product name, order number if available, and a short issue description.
- We will review the request, help first, and process a refund when appropriate.
Note: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
